Richmond, VA, November 1, 2000 – Tranzon L.L.C., announces the formation of its Executive Committee. This nine-member committee includes the President of Tranzon, the six Regional Presidents and two Regional Vice Presidents. The nine members are Steven Fox, Tom Saturley, Walt Driggers, Ed Durnil, Stephen Jax, Tom Hanley, Bill Londrey, Stephen Karbelk, and Jeff Levin. 

Steven Fox founded Fox and Associates in 1990 and is the chief visionary behind the formation of Tranzon. Mr. Fox serves on both Tranzon’s Executive and Management Committees and is a Regional President for Tranzon. He is a holder of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) professional designations.

Tom Saturley serves on both Tranzon’s Executive and Management Committees and is the Regional President of Tranzon Auction Properties. Mr. Saturley is a licensed attorney and graduate of Gettysburg College and the Franklin Pierce Law Center. He currently serves on the Board of the Auction Marketing Institute (AMI).

Walt Driggers is the Regional President of Tranzon Driggers and a member of both Tranzon’s Management and Executive Committees. Walt is the Director of Training for Tranzon. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Auctioneers Association, and is an instructor for the professional designation programs of the Auction Marketing Institute. Walt is a past president of the Florida Auctioneers Association.

Ed Durnil is the Regional President of Tranzon Durnil. Ed received his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation in 1998, and is a candidate for the Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate designation (AARE).  Ed and Barbara Durnil founded Durnil Auctioneers in 1991.

Stephen A. Jax is the Regional President of Tranzon Jax. He holds the Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate (AARE) designation. Stephen and Laurie Jax started Jax and Jax Auctioneers in 1997. They have over two decades of real estate auction experience between them.

Based in Fort Worth, TX, auction veteran Tom Hanley leads Tranzon Hanley as its Regional President. He has served on the National Association of Realtors Auction Committee for the past five years.  He served on the Real Estate Council of the National Auctioneers Association for two years and has had numerous published articles on selling real estate at auction.

Also serving on Tranzon’s Executive Committee are Bill Londrey and Stephen Karbelk. Mr. Londrey is a Vice President of Tranzon Fox and concentrates primarily on commercial real estate and land auctions. He specializes in working closely with the banking, legal and real estate communities throughout the United States. Mr. Karbelk is an Auctioneer and Vice President of Tranzon Fox specializing in serving the needs of financial institutions.  While based in Fairfax, VA, Mr. Karbelk auctions all types of commercial real estate throughout the country.

Jeff Levin, President of Tranzon L.L.C., has a background in corporate finance and investment management. His primary responsibility will be the business development of Tranzon. Jeff also serves as the CFO of Tranzon Fox, Tranzon’s largest company. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, has an MBA from the University of Richmond and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
