The home itself had some issues with drferred maintenance. The property was marketed at minimum bid price of $4,165,000 (or approx. $80/sf). On auction day, we registered a total of 7 buyers with $50,000 cashier's checks. We had four active bidders throughout the process, and our final bid was $4,950,00. With buyer's premium this brought the sale price to $5,185,125.
